Thanks to all Women-in-Technology Mentorship Program participants!

Many professionals often face challenges ranging from institutional bias to lack of diversity. The WIT Mentorship Program aims to address those challenges by providing an opportunity to listen and learn from personal experiences. 

The program is open to everyone interested in a technical career, regardless of their current employment. The initial commitment is three months, but mentor/mentee relationships can continue beyond if agreed by both parties.

To participate as a mentor, mentee or both please fill out the Application Form.
