WIT Mentorship Program
The Women in Technology mentorship program, launched in 2017, matches mentee and mentor applicants together twice a year, in fall and spring cohorts. Matched pairs are given standard guidelines, as well as the freedom to adapt their mentor/mentee relationship to the format that suits them best. The WIT Mentorship Committee offers resources and opportunities to learn more about being a mentor or crafting your own mentorship.

Anyone can be a mentor. Often, a mentor is another, outside pair of ears who can provide another point of view; the skills needed to be a good mentor involve the ability to listen and provide feedback, rather than any mark of seniority or high-level position. We provide speed mentoring events where you can practice your abilities as a mentor or mentee. Contact us at [email protected] to learn more.
