As the days grow darker, our hearts grow lighter with many and varied celebrations. Whatever it is that you celebrate in this season, we wish you and your loved ones the best of health, safety, and wellness!
Something to Do
- Coffee Hour: Wednesday, December 9,10-11 a.m.
- Women in IT (WIT) Anti-Racism Workshop with Kate Curley: Thursday, December 17, 2-4 p.m. via Zoom. In this session, we will begin to explore together the differences between not racist and anti-racist. What does this mean for us personally? What would it mean for a team, department, and university to be anti-racist? The session will be a facilitated dialogue with your peers seeking to create a brave space for sharing and learning, unlearning and relearning together. Watch the links below prior to the workshop to get a head start on some definitions.
